Membership Levels
Tablero only has one membership level – Associate Member. You do not have to be a member to participate in public Tablero events or to register on this website but there are benefits to being a member.

How Much Does It Cost?
Associate Membership of Tablero only costs €60 per year (only €5 per month). We also offer 3-monthly and 6-monthly payment options if money is tight and you can’t afford €60 in one go.
Family Memberships
We are keen to encourage families to play games together and as such, we provide a Family Membership option for our Associate Members.
One of the family must first become an Associate Member of Tablero. They take overall responsibility for fees on behalf of their other family members. Associate Memberships for each other member of the family can then be purchased at a significantly reduced rate. Click to learn more about Family Membership.
Where Does My Money Go?
Tablero is a not-for-profit organisation. We use any funds that we gain for the benefit of the Association. You can find out more about our Purchasing Policy here.

Code of Conduct
In Spain, a Code of Conduct (or Código de Conducta) for an association serves as the foundational pillar for its ethical and compliance culture . It provides a practical framework that translates the organization’s core values—such as transparency, integrity, and independence—into clear, actionable behavioral guidelines for members, staff, and leadership.
Formal Association Activities & Documentation
Statutes
In Spain, association Statutes are the foundational constitution of a non-profit group. They define the organization’s name, purpose, registered address, membership rules, and how it is governed. By law, associations must formally draft and register these statutes to protect members and establish legal standing .

Our elected Board meets at least once each month. We hold a Annual General Meeting every year and Extraordinary General Meetings as required by the Associate Members.

Data Protection Policy
In Spain, associations must comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights) . Any association handling personal data requires a formal Data Protection Statement (Privacy Policy) to ensure legal compliance.

Privacy Statement
In Spain, a Privacy Statement (or Privacy Policy) is a mandatory public document that outlines how an organization collects, uses, and safeguards personal data . Under the EU GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) , associations must be entirely transparent about user privacy. There isn’t a single universal privacy statement for all associations in Spain, so each organization (non-profits, professional groups, and clubs) drafts its own policy tailored to its activities .
